Ability to link media in PAM [LOW]

Currently in order to add media from the MAM to PAM it has to be physically copied. Also, it is not possible to have 2 copies of the same asset in PAM. If it was possible to create links to media with the ability to add those to PAM and to an NLE ...

Synchronised list fields from Crea to be enums in Explorer

Currently any Crea list field which is synchronised with Explorer is a text field in Explorer. This means that in searches, a value can’t be selected - the search has to rely on free text.
