Ability to configure the behaviour of logos [HIGH]

Ability to:

• set a start offset for a logo (Start type: Time from start)

• set and end offset for a logo (End Type: Time from end)

• specify which content types the logo should apply

Our channel logos for example start at a set time into the program, and end a set before before the end of the program. We have 2 logos: Kids and adults. The content type could be used to determine whihc log should be used. The content type can also be used to limit the appearance of the logo to main programs, exluding promos etc.
