Ability to automatically email / notify reports

When configuring reports in either Crea or Explorer BI, ability to set a frequency when the report is either emailed to the user, or the user is sent a notification. The users to receive the report should be configurable by role or user. Email is probably the best method as the user will be notified without having to login.

Use cases:

• reports of deletions executed by automated lifecycle management

• reports of assets received by ingest and have passed tech review

• regulatory reports
