[HIGH] Ability to relate Graphics start / end time to credits

The use case is for credit squeezes - they need to start at the same time that credits roll. We capture this information in the Credit Start time metadata field in the Production. If it was possible to select this in the Start time drop-down in the Grpahics Template we could define the start of the squeeze as the time the credits start rolling.
